How’s The Market of Sexy Sex Doll in South Africa?

Sexy sex doll, a simulation of adult products. In the current gender imbalance, the sexy sex doll market has become hot. With the demand of the market and the advancement of technology, sex dolls have also been developed. The high-end inflatable dolls are made of silicone except for the bones. They are soft and elastic, and the skin is similar to real girls.

Consumers suddenly became obsessed with tpe sex dolls and have increased the demand for imports from such products in South African companies. The 60Kg heavy simulation tpe sex doll imported from China is very popular in South Africa. These inflatable dolls made of silicone are priced at 16,000 rand (about RMB 8450.4).

Last December, South African sex toy company LuvLand ordered only six life size sex dolls to test market demand. Patrick Meyer, general manager of the company’s operations, said: “We ordered six inflatable dolls in China in October. After a few weeks, the suppliers delivered the products, and now we have only one left. In January we imported 45 more life size sex doll.”

A month later, the 45 imported sex dolls were all sold out, so Meyer recently ordered more than 100 orders.

These silicone sex dolls are very “real” because they are about the same weight as women, and they are made of “thermoplastic elastomer material” for a more realistic feel. They can be adjusted to any position, but Meyer believes that the attraction of silicone dolls is not just about sex.

Meyer said: “Sex dolls have a large market in South Africa, and the prices of products generally range from 16,000 rand to 25,000 rand (about RMB 13220.5).

He said: “Although it is an sexy sex doll, it is created by a real female model with a weight of about 60Kg. Some consumers will put them in the kitchen or lounge to communicate with them. And for disabled men sexy sex dolls are a way for them to enjoy sex. For those who are introverted and lack self-confidence, inflatable dolls are their lover.”

But Sorika de Swardt, an expert in social work in mental health, sexual addiction and marriage, is not optimistic about the demand for silicon sex dolls that have suddenly risen in South Africa.

She fears that the result will make men prefer to have sex with robots, not humans. She said: “Human sexual self-esteem is very fragile. Now, because of the lack of open and honest discussions about intimacy and sex in reality, consumers tend to choose simpler ways to meet their physiological needs.”

But De Swardt admits that despite her some concerns, the robot sex doll eventually went to the South African market and became popular. She said: “Although there are various disputes about sex robots, they are a natural evolution of the plastic toy industry and a combination of sex and technology.

Facing the increasingly robot sex doll market, some people believe that there is still a lot of room and potential in the domestic adult products market: “On the one hand, because of the imbalance between men and women in China, and on the other hand, with the development of the economy, people are adults. The concept of supplies has gradually changed and the demand has changed.” The foreign adult products market has been developed for 70 years, while in China alone for more than 20 years, there are still many vacuum markets waiting to be developed.
